Germantown is townhouse country, and that changes the plan
A lot of Germantown was built from the late 1970s through the 2000s, and a large share of it is townhouses. That shapes almost every delivery we make here.
If you have a townhouse with its own driveway, a 10 yard fits most of them and a 15 fits many. If your parking is an assigned space in a shared lot, the container goes in your space, and the lot belongs to the HOA. It is private property, so no county permit is involved, but you do need the association's OK. Most are fine with it for a short, defined period. Ask them two things: how many days are allowed, and whether they want boards under the container to protect the asphalt. We bring the boards.
