The quiet corner of the county
Barnesville is a very small incorporated town in the northwest of Montgomery County, surrounded by the Agricultural Reserve, with Sugarloaf Mountain on the horizon just over the Frederick County line. There are no subdivisions out here. It is farms, old houses along Barnesville Road and Old Hundred Road (MD 109), and a lot of open land.
It is also the far end of the county from our yard in Silver Spring. We are glad to make the trip, and we do it regularly. We just ask that you give us a little notice so we can route the truck sensibly. Same-day delivery out here is possible some days but not something to count on.
